These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Hermetic Labs, LLC.
HALT — Hermetic Anonymous Local Triage — is a closed-beta, offline-capable field medical coordination system. It is designed to support structured intake, tracking, communication, and protocol reference in austere environments including conflict zones, disaster response, and resource-limited settings.
HALT is not currently released under a general open-source license. Beta or source access may be provided selectively under separate written terms. Access does not authorize redistribution, modification, production deployment, or clinical reliance unless those rights are expressly granted.
This website (7hermeticlabs.health) provides informational content about the HALT system, including features, documentation, download links, and donation facilities.
HALT is a coordination and record-keeping tool. It does NOT replace trained medical professionals, clinical judgment, or established medical protocols. All triage decisions, diagnoses, and treatment plans must be made by qualified medical personnel.
The HALT beta may include AI-powered features using MedGemma or similar models to generate candidate informational suggestions for qualified review, including differential considerations, drug-interaction information, and protocol references. These AI outputs are informational aids only and must never be used as the sole basis for clinical decisions. AI suggestions may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for a given patient's circumstances.
Nothing in the Services — including AI outputs, MARCH protocol guidance, treatment plan suggestions, or clinical decision support — constitutes medical advice. The Services do not create a doctor-patient relationship.

HALT includes multilingual interface, translation, and voice resources in the current beta. Coverage and quality vary by language and deployment context, and machine-generated medical terminology may contain errors. Critical medical communications must be verified by a qualified human translator when patient safety is at stake.

Donations are generally non-refundable. If a donation was made in error, please contact us within 30 days at DwayneTillman@7HermeticLabs.Dev and we will review your request.
Hermetic Labs, LLC is a limited liability company. Donations may not be tax-deductible. Please consult your tax advisor regarding the deductibility of contributions.
HALT software and source code remain proprietary unless a separate written agreement grants specific access or usage rights. Any approved access is governed by the terms supplied with it.
The Hermetic Labs name, HALT name, logos, website content, imagery, and branding are owned by Hermetic Labs, LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. Use of these marks requires written authorization, except as permitted by fair use or a separate written agreement.

Downloads, updates, operator configuration, integrations, local-network sharing, and optional external services may create network traffic or data egress. Each deployment is responsible for validating its actual data flows and safeguards.
