This Privacy Policy explains how Hermetic Labs, LLC ("we," "us," "our") collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal information when you visit the HALT website (7hermeticlabs.health), download our software, make a donation, or interact with our services.
We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data transparently. This policy applies to all visitors and users of our website and services worldwide.
The core HALT beta is designed for local-first handling. Patient data is not intentionally transmitted to Hermetic Labs by default. Downloads, updates, operator configuration, integrations, local-network sharing, and optional external services may create network traffic or data egress and require separate review.
Core local workflows are designed not to transmit patient records, prompts, model outputs, device identifiers, location data, or communication metadata to Hermetic Labs by default. This is a design baseline, not a guarantee for every build or deployment. Operators must review actual network behavior, telemetry settings, enabled integrations, and infrastructure before use.
Supported AI, translation, and voice features are designed for local execution where the selected build and assets permit it. Downloads, updates, configuration choices, and optional external integrations may create network traffic or data egress and require separate review.
Users deploying HALT in clinical settings are solely responsible for the physical security of devices containing patient data and compliance with applicable health data protection laws (HIPAA, GDPR, local equivalents).
